Viking Sagas + Alien Encounters: Preview The Spider King #1 From Vann, D’Armini And IDW

Having brought this book to your attention previously here at Comicon.com, the day has come for it to finally hit shelves this Wednesday, the 7th of March, so it seemed right to follow up that initial announcement with a preview of the book in which Vikings meet aliens! Written by Josh Vann and illustrated by Simone D’Armini this was originally published as an award winning graphic novel, but now IDW are hoping to give it a wider audience through repackaging it as a 4 part mini-series.

When a fleet of spaceships crashes into northern Europe in 956 AD, a group of unlikely Viking heroes are the last line of defense against a brutal intergalactic warlord.
