J.K. Rowling Thanks Potterheads In Light Of 20th Anniversary

This week brings the 20th anniversary of the publication of the beloved classic, Harry Potter. Thanks to Scholastic, the U.S. was able to enjoy these books just as much as they did over in the U.K., long before the movies existed. Naturally, author J.K. Rowling took to Twitter to thank her fans.
She tweeted:
Harry Potter was first published in the US 20 years ago today, so

She also tweeted about an interesting rendition of Voldemort that some might find amusing.

All in all, we have a lot to be thankful for. The publication of Harry Potter led to many more years of joy for fans and will surely be around for generations.
