Lucifer Rises Again On May 8th

Netflix has finally announced the return date for Lucifer. Surprise! It’s May 8th. They also released a trailer featuring loving shots of star Tom Ellis.
According to the streaming services description, Lucifer faces a new challenge in the form of Eve, the original sinner. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden (Inbar Lavi) oh so many years ago… or something else entirely? Oh, also, he’s still dealing with the fact Chloe (Lauren German) saw his real face, so that’s a problem.
Fox cancelled the series last year, but Netflix quickly swooped in to save the program … at least for one year. Will this prove to be Lucifer‘s last stand?
Lucifer returns May 8th on Netflix.
