Outsiders Search For Purpose In Fallen Angels Launch Trailer
by James Ferguson
Fallen Angels, one of the six titles spinning out of House of X and Powers of X, dropped this week and Marvel Comics has shared a trailer showing what happens to the outsiders on Krakoa. Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski, Senior Editor Jordan D. White, and writer Bryan Hill talk about the series.
Fallen Angels is going to be a really terrific book because it’s going to show a different side of some classic X-Men characters.
Fallen Angels centers on three mutants unable to find their place in the new homeland of Krakoa or the world at large. Psylocke is back in her new body but without a purpose. X-23 searches for acceptance from her comrades and hopes that her past won’t catch up to her. Cable lives in the shadow of his future self…whom he murdered.
Hill added:
[Szymon’s] visual storytelling is really peerless and I’m excited for people to see the combination of my voice with its intensity and his voice with his intensity and how that jumps off the page.
Fallen Angels #1 is written by Bryan Hill and illustrated by Szymon Kudranski. It’s available now at your local comic shop.
