Preview: ‘Robotech Remix’ From Titan Comics, Fletcher And Damaso

Titan Comics collect the new Robotech relaunch issues 1-4 next week should comics make their way to comic book stores, and we have a preview of this new trade paperback that, ver if you can[t get to the shops, you’ll be able to buy online. Written by Brenden Fletcher with art from Elmer Damaso. 

In the future, with the fate of the universe on the line, a powerful battle-fortress was sent back in time, gifting the people of Earth’s past an advanced alien technology (dubbed ‘Robotechnology’).
Hidden in that vessel, in a decade-long hypersleep, was a passenger from the future: warrior, hero and the first child born to the union of human and alien, Dana Sterling. She awakened too late to prevent the first Robotech war from erupting, but just in time to become a wedge between the two people (pilot Max Sterling and Zentraedi warrior, Miriya) who would, in her universe, become her parents.
Dana’s arrival has created a splinter timeline where she was never born; where everything feels like her past, but nothing is quite right. She is surrounded by her friends and fellow soldiers, but they are at a much younger age. Dana clearly doesn’t belong, but has no way to return to her reality – if it even still exists.
