It’s Time For The Final Fight In A Preview Of The ‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Season 6 Finale

by Erik Amaya

Bishop (Raffi Barsoumian) got his way, and that means it’s time for the Legends of Tomorrow to prepare for the final fight. Or, at least, that’s what we get from the following preview of the show’s Season 6 finale. Will Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ava (Jes Macallan) finish their vows before Bishop attacks? Will Kayla (Aliyah O’Brien) somehow accept Mick (Dominic Purcell) into her family? And will Spooner (Lisseth Chavez) choose to stay with the Legends now that she knows all the answers?

Making Spooner a time-lost girl is a pretty elegant solution to her initial problems in the early part of the season. That said, we have to admit that we completely forgot she was searching for her mother once she integrated into the team and befriend Astra (Olivia Swann). But that made their conflict this week all the more potent. It was an interesting test of their bond and it seems Astra is willing to slightly alter time and space for the sake of her friend. Hopefully, Spooner will stay on and the pair will continue to develop this friendship. It’s a different energy for Legends — something not familial, romantic, or Science Bro — and we’re here for it.

Meanwhile, have we seen the final end of John Constantine (Matt Ryan)? If so, it’s too good a death for him. Sure, he’ll probably snatch victory from defeat once last time and walk of into the night alone, but it still feels like John deserves a more ornate punishment for his magic dependency. But next week, we’ll see the solution the writers came up with and, hopefully, it’ll be something far more appropriate and interesting than we could imagine.

Legends Of Tomorrow airs Sundays on The CW.
