Brandy Keys and her partner, Reese, have been called in to investigate a missing painting from the Dayton Keene Museum. It is a Rothko that has been stolen and replaced, and its owner, a Mr. Davies, is fuming. However, neither Davies nor the museum want the police involved. That means Keys and Reese must resolve the situation on their own.
