There Will Be Twenty-Nine X-Men Trading Card Variant Covers By Jim Lee For Astonishing X-Men #1

This July, Marvel are going to be celebrating the arrival of Astonishing X-Men #1 with a gigantic series of 29 X-Men Trading Card Variant covers by Jim Lee. These covers follow on from a selection released earlier this year.
Remastered and even recolored from original trading card designs, these images were originally penciled by Jim Lee with inker Scott Williams, and colorists including Jesus Aburtov, Israel Silva and Chris Sotomayor are applying modern coloring techniques to these classic images.
