A Treasure Hunter On The Hunt In Scales & Scoundrels From Image In September

 
This September, Image Comics will be bringing us Scales & Scoundrels, a new series from writer Sebastian Girner (Shirtless Bear Fighter) and comics/storyboard artist Galaad with letterer/designer Jeff Powell.

Swords & Scoundrels features treasure hunter Luvander who’s sick of being broke. Seeking gold and glory, she sets off for a fabled dungeon, “the Dragon’s Maw,” which holds great wealth, or possible doom. She thinks she’s setting off for riches, but her journey takes another direction when a secret she holds may be alter the fate of the land.
Writer Sebastian Girner says:

Scales & Scoundrels is a dream project for Galaad, Jeff, and myself. We are crafting a deep and wondrous world for readers to get lost in, creating heroes, villains, and rogues to love and loathe, and spinning tales that will delight and entertain, shock and inspire. A fantasy adventure comic for readers of all ages to escape into, and bring a piece of magic back with them into their lives.

Scales & Scoundrels #1 arrives in comic book stores Wednesday, September 6th and the final order cutoff deadline for comics retailers is Monday, August 14th.
