Out First Look At The Cosmic Grandeur Of Valiant’s Eternity #1

 
Valiant has released an inside look at Eternity #1, the first part of a four-part miniseries debuting this October, written by Matt Kindt (X-O Manowar, Divinity, Mind MGMT, Dept.H.) and illustrated by Trevor Hairsine.
Valiant says that on October 25th, a “brand-new expedition into the unknown awaits… Beyond time… Beyond space… And beyond reality itself! At the farthest edge of all that is… Eternity awaits!”
This series follows on from Divinity, Divinity II, and Divinity III: Stalinverse, but is not, strictly speaking, “Divinity IV”. It heads off into new, more cosmic directions (and that’s saying something when you consider how cosmic Divinity can be).
Eternity is going to “unveil a new plane of existence beyond our own and unleash a universe of new worlds, new beings, and new myths”, according to Valiant.
We are going to be undertaking a journey with Abram Adams, the lost cosmonaut known as Divinity, as he travels beyond the borders of the Valiant Universe to explore “the most distant frontier of imagination” in a realm known as “Eternity”.

Valiant are also creating an Eternity #1-4 Pre-Order Edition Bundle just as they have with X-O Manowar, Secret Weapons, and Bloodshot Salvation. Each Pre-Order Edition will come with “trade paperback-style extras and bonus content, including creator commentary, behind the- scenes looks at the creation of the comics, process character designs and artwork, and first looks at upcoming issues”. The comics will also have an exclusive cover by interior artist Trevor Hairsine. You can set up the Pre-Order Bundle with your local comic shop by the initial order date of August 24th, 2017.
