ECCC 2018: Dark Horse Comics Shares Details Of Mysticons Comic

In May of last year, Dark Horse Comics and Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana announced a publishing agreement to produce comics based on the original animated action series, Mysticons. Today, they shared details of the upcoming graphic novel series. The creative team behind Spell on Wheels, writer Kate Leth, artist Megan Levens, and colorist Marissa Louise will join forces once again to bring these characters to life.

Mysticons: Volume One follows four girls, Arkayna, Zarya, Emerald, and Piper on their first adventure.  They’re investigating evil biker twins who have been stealing and using magic to stay in first place in a deadly drag racing circuit.  It’s causing mayhem in Drake City and the Mysticons have to work together to stop it.
Mysticons: Volume One will be an 80-page original graphic novel retailing for $10.99.  It’s scheduled for release on August 8^th, 2018 and it’s currently available for pre-order at your local comic shop and booksellers like Amazon.
