Bloodshot: Rising Spirit Will Have A ‘Glass Cover Variant’ And Pre-Order Bundle

Valiant’s “Beyond” line is heading toward us fast with the arrival of autumn, and one of those titles will be Bloodshot: Rising Spirit.
The publisher has announced that the first issue of the ongoing series, which is written by Lonnie Nadler and Zac Thompson (Cable) and illustrated by Ken Lashley (X-Men: Gold), will have “a new cutting-edge innovation in comic publishing”, a “glass cover variant”.
We all know about Valiant’s super cool Brushed Metal Variant covers, and this new Glass Cover Variant will be “printed via a special multi-colored process on a carefully devised pane of glass”, according to the publisher, with artwork by Doug Braithwaite (Justice).

For retailers to get this special variant, they will be available for every qualifying order of 250 copies of Bloodshot: Rising Spirit #1. There is no limit per store. Valiant has also announced a Bloodshot: Rising Spirit #1-8 Pre-Order Edition Bundle for fans. Each issue will be “massively expanded”, containing extras and bonus content, as well as exclusive covers by Ken Lashley. This bundle can only be obtained by pre-ordering all eight issues with your local comic shop by the final order cut-off date of October 22nd, 2018.
The first issue of Bloodshot: Rising Spirit will arrive on November 14th, featuring covers by Felipe Massafera (Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors), David Mack (Kabuki), Staz Johnson (Robin), Doug Braithwaite (Shadowman), and Ken Lashley (Black Panther).
