Xbox All Access Helps Players Finance A New Console
by Christine Marie Attardo
These days, owning a gaming system is quite the luxury. New consoles come out constantly, and they are certainly pricey. This week Xbox announced a new financing option for players that want to get in on the latest and greatest games. It’s called Xbox All Access. What is it? You basically pay a monthly fee to get Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, and Xbox One hardware.

Here are some more details from Polygon:
There are two tiers of Xbox All Access: For $21.99 per month, subscribers will get an Xbox One S, in addition to Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass; and for $34.99 per month, subscribers will get an Xbox One X, in addition to Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass. There is no upfront cost, Microsoft said, and at the end of the 24-month subscription period, Xbox All Access members keep the Xbox One hardware they’ve paid for.
Pretty awesome, huh? What do you think of this new offer? Will other gaming companies follow suit? The offer is valid from August 27th through December 31st, but it’s only while supplies last.
