NYCC 2018: Two New Horror Themed Titles Coming From Archie

With Halloween fast approaching, there’s the usual slew of title announcements, but this one caught our eye here at comicon.com HQ. Even though they ain’t out for a while yet.
Writer Cullen Bunn and artist Laura Braga are bringing the trouble-making Blossom twins into the Archie Horror stable with a brand new mini-series!
In Blossom 666 Cheryl and Jason Blossom seem like the wealthy, popular, and likeable teens we know and love, but in this world they harbor a deep, dark secret — one of them is the Anti-Christ! Both want the title, and no one in Riverdale is safe.
On top of this is the news of a further spooky series from Archie; The Hunger Vs Vampironica, by Hunger creative team of writer Frank Tieri and artists Pat & Tim Kennedy, which will be an all-fangs-bared fight to the gory finish as each world’s dominant monster faces a brutal challenge to the status quo.
Blossom 666 #1 launching January 2019, but no date for The Hunger Vs Vampironica #1 yet.
