Frank Finds A New Reason To Fight In Punisher Season 2 Trailer

Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) has apparently spent the last few months traveling the states and evading his past as the Punisher. But when you dedicate yourself to violence, you look for reasons to give the hurt to some fools, as seen in this trailer for next week’s debut of The Punisher’s second season on Netflix. Sure, he was helping out a young woman (Giorgia Whigham) — and she has a pack of killers on her heels — but as she points out, he was just looking for an excuse to be hurt someone.
Meanwhile, Billy Russo (Ben Barnes) is back and embracing a new form of the Jigsaw persona. Sure, his face is not as wrecked as it is in the comics, but the mask suggests more of his twisted inner soul than a grotesque make-up appliance would indicate. And as the person after the young woman is ready to team up with Billy, it means he and Frank will fight again. But will it be as thrilling as their battle at the end of Season 1?
The Punisher returns January 18th on Netflix.
