Johnny Cage Joins Mortal Kombat 11

The kung-fu movie star makes a return as Mortal Kombat reintroduces fan-favorite Johnny Cage. Despite being much older, Johnny doesn’t seem to have lost a step, as he shows off numerous combos against Kabal, Baraka, and Scorpion, and the game embraces both humor and its penchant through hyper-violence via his moveset, not to mention his fatality.
With Johnny Cage’s reveal, this brings the game’s roster up to 14 characters known out of a confirmed 25 total in the base roster. (Though this will likely increase substantially via DLC, with NetherRealm creating larger and larger DLC rosters with each game.)
Mortal Kombat is set to release on PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 worldwide on April 23rd.
