ECCC 2019: Valiant Reveals Exclusives, Signings & More

Emerald City Comic Con is fast approaching and Valiant Entertainment will be there in force. The convention is being held from Thursday, March 14th through Sunday, March 17th at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA. Valiant will be there at Booth #2101 with a wide selection of trade paperbacks and deluxe hardcovers, including Volume 1 collections specially priced at $9.99.

In addition, the publisher will also have limited quantities of the ECCC variant for The Life and Death of Toyo Harada #1 featuring a cover by Jeffrey Veregge. Fans will get a chance to get the book signed by Veregge as he’ll be in Artist Alley at booth FF6. The comic officially hits stands on March 13th.

Valiant will debut a new item for 2019 with the Punk Mambo Metallic Ink t-shirt featuring an image from Cris Delara. The new Punk Mambo series is set to hit stands on April 24th.
Valiant creators David Baron, Tim Seeley, and Vita Ayala will be appearing at the booth to sign books and talk comics. Editors will be on hand to meet with artists and review portfolios. Check out the full schedule below:

Fans can pick up free copies of the Valiant Spring 2019 Preview featuring a cover by Dan Brereton which includes sneak peeks of upcoming titles like Punk Mambo, Fallen World, and Psi-Lords. If you’re cosplaying as a Valiant character or wearing any Valiant apparel, you’ll be rewarded with a special surprise at the book, but only one per person per day, please.
Finally, Valiant is hosting a panel on Thursday, March 14th from 3-4 PM in Room L3-R4. “Now is the Perfect Time to Read Valiant!” will feature writers Vita Ayala and Tim Seeley along with Valiant staffers Heather Antos, Emily Hecht, and Mel Caylo to talk about several upcoming projects and revealing some never-before-seen peeks at new books.
Needless to say, Valiant has a lot of stuff going on for ECCC that could keep anyone busy for most of the convention.
