House Of X Kicks Off With Retailer Parties, Variants…And Seeds

Marvel Comics is going all out for the next big X-Men chapter with two new series penned by Jonathan Hickman, House of X and Powers of X. Set to begin in July, the publisher has announced special launch parties at participating retail stores in addition to exclusive variant covers, promotional items, and special flower seed packets. Ok, I was with them until the seeds. That’s certainly a unique giveaway item.
Participating retailers will receive a free copy of the House of X #1 Party Sketch variant and a bundle of 25 House of X Flower Seed Packets. Retailers who choose to opt into the party will also be able to order the following items:
