Fire Emblem: Three Houses Details Expansion Pass

As the release date for Nintendo’s latest installment in the Fire Emblem series draws closer, the publisher has unveiled plans for a massive expansion pass for Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
According to Nintendo, the expansion pass will be split into four parts, each releasing at different intervals and lasting all the way into 2020. The content ranges from smaller things like new costumes for the player character Byleth, to additional stories and characters.

Strategic warfare rages on the great land of Fódlan, and this turn-based, tactical RPG gets even deeper with four waves of DLC*. You can get access to all four as they release with the Expansion Pass, which is available for pre-order on July 3rd. Expansion Pass owners will receive Officers Academy outfits for female and male Byleth on Day 1. Remember: you’re the professor of one of the academy’s mighty houses, so why not look the part?

- Wave 2: Additional Auxiliary battle maps, helpful in-game support items, and more will be released by 10/31/2019

- Wave 4: Discover new story content, with additional playable characters, locations and more will be released by 4/30/2020; plus, another free update
This expansion pass will cost an additional $24.99.
Nintendo also recently released a trailer featuring The Black Eagles, one of the houses that represents a major military power within the game’s setting. This trailer introduces us to the main characters involved in the Black Eagles, as well as their playing styles in battle.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available for the Nintendo Switch on July 26th.
