Going Viral: Preview Marvel’s Contagion #1

I must admit, Contagion – Marvel’s newest event – seems somewhat similar to DCeased on paper. Unstoppable, super infectious disease running rampant and unchecked? Check. Affecting superheroes and non-superheroes alike? Check. Turning them into rabid monsters? Check. No cure in sight? Well, you get the idea. But, with such a talented writer as Ed Brisson guiding this mini-series, along with Roge Antonio, Stephen Segovia on art, I’m sure there’ll be more to it beyond the obvious comparisons. Running weekly though October, it all starts this week with Contagion #1, for which we have a preview to share with you now, featuring the ever-lovin’ blue-eyed Thing!
