Krakoa’s Covert Ops Team Is Revealed In X-Force Launch Trailer

X-Force, one of six titles spinning out of House of X and Powers of X, began this past week. To further pump you up about this series, Marvel Comics has shared a launch trailer featuring Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski, Senior Editor Jordan D. White, and writer Benjamin Percy.

It is brutal. This is a book that pulls no punches, and that’s what we’ve been waiting to see since House of X and Powers of X.

X-Force follows a new government-backed secret service agency for Krakoa featuring Wolverine, Beast, Colossus, Marvel Girl, Domino, Sage, Kid Omega, and Black Tom. This team will take on the clandestine missions that must be completed quickly and quietly.

Writer Benjamin Percy added:

X-Force is going to be the most shadow-soaked, the most poisonous, the most troublesome and upsetting, but it’ll also be a hell of a lot of fun.

I am loving these trailers that Marvel’s been putting out for some of its new titles. It’s changed my mind on books that I was on the fence for and gotten me excited about them. I guess they’re doing their job. X-Force #1 features artwork from Joshua Cassara and Dean White. It’s currently available at your local comic shop.
