Marvel & Serial Box Team Up For Thor: Metal Gods

Marvel has expanded into just about every medium at this point. It’s much more than just comics and movies. The company has partnered with Serial Box to launch Thor: Metal Gods, the first of several original serialized fiction and audio book series based on Marvel’s comics and characters. Set to launch on December 12th, 2019, Thor: Metal Gods follows the god of thunder and his brother Loki as they team up for a cosmic adventure, confronting the sins of both of their pasts.
Thor: Metal Gods is written by a team led by screenwriter Aaron Stewart-Ahn. Other writers include Brian Keene, Jay Edidin, and Yoon Ha Lee.

The story centers on Thor and Lok as they race across the universe to untangle a dangerous mystery and stop the return of an ancient evil. Horangi, a fierce Korean demi-goddess and a charismatic, gender-ambiguous space pirate named Captain Zia are along for the ride.
