by Olly MacNamee
While it feels like each time Frank Miller returns to the world of the The Dark Knight Returns it weakens the legacy of his original seminal work – as well as each new chapter simply being a worse and worse plot to the previous – I’m still willing to give his new one a go.
Dark Knight Returns: Golden Child #1 is out today and with the amazing talent of Rafael Grampá on art, how can anyone not be tempted? And, I’m happy enough to buy it just for that reason alone. Here’s hoping, however, it’s decent read. too. Looking at this belated preview, the art definitely is the star for me as Miller is joined by superstars artist, Grampá’s work simply sings from each page. Loving it! Check it out below.
