Batman White Knight: More Murphyverse Batman? Looks Like It (UPDATED)

(UPDATE): Well, you could all it an update of a sort. It would seem that Murphy may have spoken too soon about possible mini-series’ set in the ‘Kinky boots’ Batman universe and the tweet we quoted is now deleted.
A quick question from a fan and the cat’s out of the bag, it would seem.

So BIG NEWS actually–DC wants a mini imprint of White Knight. I’ll write the bones for new minis, and they’ll set up the writer/artist team. It’ll be done between new volumes of Batman White Knight. Sean Murphy’s success with not one but two Batman series set in an alternative universes and now printed through DC Comics Black Label has really resonated with fans, and the higher-ups at DC Comics too.
