Hulkling Sits Atop The Throne In Jamie McKelvie’s Empyre #1 Variant

Marvel Comics is revving up the promotional machine for Empyre, its next big event that brings the Kree and Skrull armies together under the leadership of Hulkling. The former Young Avenger takes the throne in a new variant cover by Jamie McKelvie, with colors by Matt Wilson.
Empyre #1 is written by Al Ewing and Dan Slott and illustrated by Valerio Schiti. It features the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and more of Marvel’s heroes as they face the combined threat of the Kree and Skrull empires coming to Earth to conquer whatever stands in their way. It’s set for release on April 15th, 2020.
