Your First Look At ‘X-O Manowar’ #2 Arriving This November From Valiant
by Gary Catig

Back in March, Valiant Entertainment released a new series featuring their flagship superhero, X-O Manowar. However, that was around the time the pandemic began disrupting things so the comic experienced some delays. Eight months after the last issue, X-O Manowar will be returning this fall to pick up the story.
Issue # 2 from writer, Dennis “Hopeless” Hallum, illustrator, Emilio Laiso, colorist, Ruth Redmond, and letterer, Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, arrives on November 25, 2020. The various covers are done by artists, Christian Ward, Netho Diaz and Daniel Warren Johnson. Johnson’s covers will be a 1:25 variant.
Hallum spoke about his run on the series.
“X-O Manowar has always been a nuclear missile with the mind of a noble warrior. He’s unstoppable in combat. Need to defeat an alien warlord? Repel an intergalactic invasion or end a war? Aric’s your guy. But this time, X-O Manowar is acting locally. What happens when a nuclear missile moves in down the street? How does a superweapon playing superhero save the neighborhood? How does he change the world?”
The covers and a preview of the second issue can be viewed below.
