Dark Horse Hosts ‘Legend Of Korra’ Comic Book Live Reading

With The Legend of Korra hitting Netflix and CBS All Access, new and old fans are discovering the series once again. To celebrate this, Dark Horse Comics is hosting a live reading of an excerpt from The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars Part One with the cast from the series including Janet Varney (Korra), Seychelle Gabriel (Asami), P.J. Byrne (Bolin), David Faustino (Mako), and Mindy Sterling (Lin Beifong). You can tune in to Dark Horse’s Twitch channel on Wednesday, September 2nd, at 2:00 PM PST to check it out.
This is not the first live reading Dark Horse has hosted. This one picks up where the last one left off. Fans are invited to ask questions about the series during the stream. The actors will take part in a moderated Q&A session after the reading.
A free digital excerpt of The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars Part One is available now so fans can follow along during the live reading. Dark Horse will give away one prize including one copy each of The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars Library Edition and The Legend of Korra: Ruins of the Empire Parts 1-3 during the stream. Participants must enter the giveaway during the live stream in the chat.
