‘The Walking Dead Deluxe’: Connecting Covers And Variants

The whole run of The Walking Dead is being reprinting in full colour (by Dave McCaig) and to get fans to part with their money a second time – or even pick up new fans who missed this run first time round – they’ve brought out a line of new covers by Charlie Adlard that inter-connect to create one large image across the first story-arc of the first six issues illustrated by Tony Moore and written by Robert Kirkman.
Retitled The Walking Dead Deluxe, the series will also feature variant covers by the likes of Arthur Adams, David Finch, Tony Moore, Julian Totino Tedesco and more.

Each issue will include a new installment of “The Cutting Room Floor,”  featuring Kirkman’s original handwritten plots along with commentary on abandoned storylines and plot points that may have changed along the way.
