Writer John Arcudi and artist Valerio Giangiordano are bringing out a bone chilling tale of terror in new ongoing series, Two Moons from Image Comics. The all new ongoing horror series is set to launch from Image Comics this February.

“Perfect for fans of series like Manifest Destiny and American Vampire, ‘Two Moons’ invites readers on the long journey of a young Pawnee man named Virgil Morris — aka Two Moons — fighting for the Union during the Civil War. When he is suddenly confronted with his shamanic roots, he discovers horrors far worse than combat as the ghosts of his past reveal the monstrous evil around him!:

Announcement to the The Hollywood Reporter. Arcudi tells them that its more than just another horror title. Far more:

“The complicated history of indigenous peoples during the 19th (Century) was what inspired me to take this story on and we explore some of that through the eyes of a young Pawnee man as he grows to learn more about his place in the world. And Valerio Giangiordano is absolutely KILLING it on the art! Could not have asked for a better collaborator on this gorgeous book. I’m excited to see this finally get out of my head and into readers’ hands.”

Two Moons #1 will be available on Wednesday, February 24th 2021 with a first look at the debut issue below:
