Hourly Comics Day Round-Up: The Madness Of Cartoonists!

Every February 1st, across the world a band of merry cartoonists and comic makers spend the day taking part in the annual Hourly Comics Day, where they post something every hour they’re awake. And this year, Covid or no Covid, was no exception… we’re here to give you a round-up…

So, at whatever time they wake up the comic makers hit their desks, or power up tablets and laptops from bed to start making comics…

Of course, some are awake a lot earlier than others, whether it’s Philippa Rice making comics at 1am because of babies being awake…

Whilst others, such as Babelstrudel are simply ending the previous day’s LOTR marathon…

And others, like Lucy Knisley, find themselves woken by their four-legged friends…

But generally, around 6am onwards, we start to get the first examples hitting Twitter…
