Wondercon@Home 2021: What’s Next For ‘Pennyworth’

It’s always enjoyable to hear from the cast of Pennyworth. That being said, this year’s WonderCon@Home panel didn’t leave much to report. Entertainment Weekly’s Christian Holub acted as moderator and while the cast were able to talk about the season so far (and there were questions about last week’s episode), in terms of teasers, nothing really new came out. The show creator, Bruno Heller, kept referring to “season three,” but there’s been no official announcement that the series has been renewed.
Since Jack Bannon (Alfie), Ben Aldridge (Thomas), Emma Paetz (Martha), and Simon Manyonda (Lucius) were the cast members who participated in the panel, a lot of the questions were about at Batman and how the characters are progressing towards their comic book fates.
