Godspeed Finally Debuts (Maybe) On The Next Episode Of ‘The Flash’

by Erik Amaya

Look, we’ve been burned by Godspeed apparently debuting in a preview for an episode of The Flash before. The evil speedster from the future is never the real thing, though. He always sends proxies to the past in an attempt to befuddle Barry (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash. This time, we’re going to be cautious about his possible arrival because it could always be another fakeout. Then again, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) is due to return soon and she definitely faced the real Godspeed. So, who knows? Maybe it’s really him this time. Anyway, here’s the preview for next week’s episode, which is filled with Godspeed action and dread.

Meanwhile, this week’s episode was a chance for Allegra (Kayla Compton) to step up. It wasn’t entirely successful, but it went a long way in forming bonds between her, Chester (Brandon McKnight), Sue Dearbon (Natalie Dreyfuss), and even Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) to a certain extent. If they were to really become Team Flash next year, they’d be a great support staff even if Allegra still has some learning to do before becoming a proper field agent.

Also, we don’t know what to make of Kramer (Carmen Moore). Her “confession” to Joe (Jesse L. Martin) sure seemed genuine. And, honestly, we’d much rather see her become an uneasy ally than a hamfisted antagonist like Ana Lopez (Melissa De Sousa) over on Black Lightning. Now that she’s identified herself as indigenous, we think a positive turn is coming for her. Well, once she and Joe confront her brother.
