‘Princess Principal’ Returns With New Film Series ‘Crown Handler’

Princess Principal is a steampunk spy thriller following a group of five girls with shady pasts and ulterior motives. The story continues in a series of six films titled, Princess Principal: Crown Handler.
The first film is set in London at the end of the 19th century after the attempted assassination of the Imperial Princess. Ange and the other agents of Dove are given a new mission to extract a mysterious bookstore owner and root out a double agent within the royal family.
A trailer for Princess Principal: Crown Handler, Chapter 2 has also been released. The first Princess Principal anime series was a a godsend for fans of steampunk, spies, and psychological thrillers. While the series wasn’t flawless, the main character, Ange, is one of the most complex and interesting action heroines in recent memory.
