Ryan Meets The Jet Family And Alice Sows Discontent On Next Week’s ‘Batwoman’

It’s time for Ryan (Javicia Leslie) to meet the Jets. And, curiously, it remains to be seen if the potential connection between them will become a big deal. Even this teaser for next week’s episode of Batwoman is quite vague on the issue. Less vague, though, is Alice’s (Rachel Skarsten) next attempt to escape via creating discord between Mary (Nicole Kang) and the rest of the Bat team.
We’re going to be honest, we’re more than disappointed that the secret about Ryan’s mother came out so quickly. Last week, her decision not to look at the name Sophie (Meagan Tandy) discovered felt quite empowering. Indeed, her initial decision not to pursue the matter after meeting her biological mother this week also felt right. Sadly, though, Sophie subsequently couched it as a second chance and we feel like that’s the wrong way to approach it. But then, Batwoman often approaches good ideas via the wrong way.
