Cryptids, Kaiju, And Psychological Thrills In ‘Bigfoot Knows Karate,’ Live Now On Kickstarter

Already funded with 18 days remaining in the campaign, Bigfoot Knows Karate is described as ‘a two-fisted slugfest akin to Godzilla Vs. Kong, mixed with a healthy dose of martial arts and outright carnage, in the vein of Kill Bill as Bigfoot squares off with Kung Fu ‘Thulhu.’

With a solid, meaty twist at the end, get ready to follow a gentle, cryptid warrior as he finds his way in a world where anyone can be a hunter and everyone can be the prey. Bigfoot Knows Karate is a 30 page, full color story by Creator/Co-writer/Artist Dan Price and Co-writer/Editor Casey Allen.  Price and Allen are offering two versions of the comic, a Regular Edition and a Deluxe Edition, each with 2 cover options.  The regular edition is a 30 page, full color story featuring a main cover by Price Cover and a variant cover by Matthew Skillern. 

The Deluxe Edition will include the same 30 page story, a 10 page Fan Art Gallery, Dan’s Sketch Book and access to an exclusive Director’s Commentary roundtable discussion video with creators Dan Price and Casey Allen, along with some very special guests.  They’ll go through the book page by page and talk through the creative process, giving behind the scenes stories and a sneak peek at future plans. 

Backer rewards kick in at the $3 level, for a digital copy of the standard edition of Bigfoot Knows Karate. Physical copies come in at the $9 level, and then progressing through higher levels, there are variant covers, signed copies of the book, and a 12” x 18” digital commission printed on canvas.
