‘Dragon Ball: The Breakers’ Releases Closed Beta Test Trailer
by Sage Ashford
Announced by Bandai Namco, Dragon Ball: The Breakers is an asymmetrical action game in the vein of Dead by Daylight or Friday the 13th. Rather than being one of the Z Fighters, players are in the role of one of seven survivors (including Bulma and Oolong apparently) of a city who have to run away from the antagonist, known as a “Raider,” which can be Frieza, Cell, or Buu.
The goal of the game is to either wipe out all of the survivors as a Raider or escape from the battlefield as a survivor through the Super Time Machine. The closed beta test trailer not only explains the game’s systems in detail, but also confirms the dates of the closed beta test. Anyone who makes it into the test will be able to play on December 3rd from 6pm to 10pm, and December 4th from 4pm to 8pm, 10pm to 2pm, and 6pm to 10pm, Pacific Time.
Dragon Ball: The Breakers launches for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam in 2022.
