Angels & Airwaves And Z2 Comics Announce New Graphic Novel, ‘Lifeform: Vivian’

Space Rock band Angels & Airwaves have a new graphic novel, Lifeform: Vivian coming out later in the year from Tom DeLonge, writer Helen Mullane and artist Amilcar Pinna telling the tale of the sci-fi romance behind the 2021 album, Lifeforms.
More music comics announcements coming out of Z2 Comics, with the collaboration with space punk rockers Angels & Airwaves to reveal the tale behind the mystery woman on the cover of the band’s sixth studio album, ‘Lifeforms’.
Lifeforms: Vivian is co-written by Angels & Airwaves founder Tom DeLonge (who you’ll probably know from Blink 182) and comics writer Helen Mullane and drawn by Amilcar Pinna, with designs by Tension Division. The graphic novel tells of that mystery woman wandering from the New Mexico desert into the life of a low-level government employee, Victor. Their romance takes place against a backdrop of chaos, with secret agents following Vivian’s every move, as events erupt around the amnesiac woman that defy explanation.

Angels & Airwaves is the band Tom DeLonge formed in 2005 when Blink 182 went on a hiatus. Described as a high concept art project, Angels & Airwaves now includes six studio albums, including their latest – Lifeforms, a documentary, a live-action film, graphic novel, and an animated short.
Z2 and Angels & Airwaves present Lifeform: Vivian is available in both softcover and hardcover formats, plus the usual Z2 oversized hardcover deluxe editions, including one hand-signed by Tom DeLonge.
