SDCC 2022: DC Gotham Panel Announces Multiple Batman Related Titles

At yesterday’s DC Gotham Panel was a whole set of new Batman themed books announced. Y’know, because DC Comics aren’t already publishing enough, right? We had announcements – and first looks – at Punchline: Gotham Game, G.C.P.D.: The Blue Wall, Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City, Batman Incorporated and The Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing.

Written by Tini Howard and Blake Howard with art by Gleb Melnikov Punchline: Gotham Game #1 will debut Tuesday October 25th. Here’s a first look at the covers and interior art:

Next up we have Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City written by Evan Narcisse and art by Abel, the official prequel to WB Games’ highly anticipated video game. This six-issue series debuts Tuesday 25th October.

Then we had G.C.P.D.: The Blue Wall, Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City and The Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing. The former title will be brought to you by writer Matthew Rosenberg with art by Carmine di Giandomenico and debuts Tuesday October 4th. The latter is written by John Ridley with art by Stefano Raffaele and launches Tuesday October 18th.

Plus, Batman Incorporated which will spin out of the events of the “Abyss” storyline in Batman and the 2022 Batman Annual and is written by Ed Brisson with art by John Timms, and arrives in comic book stores on October 11th.

Batman: Gotham Knights – Gilded City

So, if you’re a Batman fan, there’s plenty more titles to look forward to. If not, then DC still publish some none-Batman titles. Don’t they?
