Latest Dreddverse Addition From Hiya Toys & 2000 AD – Mean Machine Angel!

Turning the dial all the way up to four – it’s Mean Machine Angel, coming from 2000 AD and Hiya Toys in January 2023.

The range of Rebellion/2000 AD 1:18 scale action figures from Hiya Toys has grown and grown and grown. But with so many classic characters to pick from, there’s plenty of weird and wonderful creations to come.

Case in point, Mean Machine Angel, coming out in January 2023, member of the feared Angel Gang, one of the most dangerous criminals ever to plague Mega-City One, and an absolute psychopath – complete with a dial on his forehead controlling his temper, from surly, through mean and vicious, until the dial hits four – brutal.

Based on the art of Mick McMahon and Carl Critchlow, the new action figure should be released in January 2023.

I say ‘should be released’ because the wonders of the pandemic and the supply chain crisis has already hit the whole line badly, delaying the previously announced figures. However, provided we don’t get another pandemic, more supply chain issues, another war, oil crisis, [insert your own prediction for what’s going to hit us first in 2023 here], we have the new dates for the 1:18 figures due to begin arriving in stores and online from the autumn.
