‘Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes’ Makes A Reappearance At Tokyo Game Show

by Sage Ashford

The developers at Rabbit & Bear Studios premiered a new trailer for their upcoming title, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.  The trailer doesn’t come with a bunch of new information, but it does feature a look at several of the game’s environments, rendered in gorgeous HD-2D.

Perhaps the biggest news from this video is the game still doesn’t have a release date, instead opting for a generic 2023. Of course, it’s not as if Rabbit & Bear haven’t been working, as they’ve already published Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising earlier this year. Rising is a side-scrolling RPG with town-building elements set in the same world as Hundred Heroes, and sets up some of the characters of the main title.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will release in 2023 for consoles and PC.
