Nintendo Reveals A Familiar Enemy In The Latest ‘The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom’ Trailer
by Sage Ashford
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is just under a month away now, and Nintendo has revealed a third trailer for the game. While the last look at the game showcased some of the new abilities Link would have, this latest trailer is more story and environment based, showing off more of the locations present in the sequel to the popular Breath of the Wild.
The best of this trailer though is the reveal that a familiar enemy is returning to the world of Zelda, as the King of the Gerudo Ganondorf has returned to lay waste to Hyrule. Though the trailer isn’t even four minutes long, it’s still the most complete look at the game so far, with glimpses at the game’s puzzles, setpieces, and hints of the game’s plot. While it might not satisfy everyone looking for the real differences between Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild, it’s probably going to be the best we get.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom releases exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on May 12th.
