Anime Expo 2023: The Suicide Squad Goes Full ISEKAI In New Anime Collaboration

Warner Bros. Japan and WIT Studio have teamed up to create an all-new original anime series titled Suicide Squad: Isekai. The anime will take familiar villains from the DC Comics and transport them to another world. This isn’t the first time DC has explored its characters in an anime style. Already the animation quality looks miles better than Batman: Ninja. Suicide Squad has transitioned well into animation before with Batman: Assault on Arkham. Joker and Harley in particular look fantastic. Harley Quinn was always destined to be an all star anime queen. Fans of anime and DC Comics should be excited!
