Curt Pires Launches Not One But Three New Series On ComiXology

by Olly MacNamee

Curt Pires is changing up gears with the announcement of two new titles debuting on ComiXology Originals on Tuesday July 18th. As well as the second series of Lost Falls too. The are Money (illustrated by Luca Casalanguida, with colours by Mark Dale and lettering by Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou), “a white-knuckle conspiracy thriller that follows five powerful families” and Simulation. Theory (illustrated by Darryl Knickrehm, with colours by Mark Dale and lettering by Micah Myers) “a sci-fi thrill ride into a simulated reality where one can live a new life.”

Here’s Pires with more:

“I’m excited to be debuting Money, Simulation Theory and Lost Falls S2 with my world class collaborators on these projects and my friends at Comixology. These books run the gamut subject and genre-wise and tackle some of the most prescient topics of the day. I think there’s something for everyone in these three books and am delighted by the accessibility that Kindle Unlimited and Comixology Unlimited provide in making them widely available.”

About The New Series:

Money #1:

“Everything you’ve heard about the illuminati is true. Five families have ruled the world since time immemorial. They are . . .

Europe: The Medici Family

US: The Rothschilds

Middle East: The Sawri Family

China: The Yinling Family

South America: The Helu Family

Every 10 years a meeting is held. To elect a new leader. To shape the future of the world. That meeting is tomorrow. This is the story of what happens next. This is the story of how the world ends.”

Simulation. Theory #1 (of 5)

“If you had the chance to live forever, would you? That’s what Nu Life is offering. A chance for transconscious migration (transferring of your mind and consciousness into the metaverse inside an avatar of your choosing). The opportunity to leave the real world and live in a digital one.

When Ash’s real life gets a bit too hot to handle, she’s offered help from a friend, who happens to be her ex. But when she enters her Nu Life and finds her ex there, they quickly realize the simulation may be more than they bargained for.”
