SDCC 2023: Joe Quesada Reveals A Very Special Giveaway At The Marvel Fanfare Panel Saturday

Just revealed in his newsletter, Drawing the Line Somewhere, ‘Jumpin'”Joe Quesada has revealed that attendees of Friday’s Marvel Fanfare panel (that’s today, folks!) could well walk away with an exclusive Captain America #750, featuring a variant cover by Quesada himself.

And while Quesada jokingly worries about Bleeding Cool’s Rich Johnson leaking it, here’s hoping we beat him to it!

So if you are attending San Diego Comic Con this weekend, why not get yourselves own to the Marvel Fanfare panel at 4.15 today where Quesada will not be a panelist, but also run a competition for fans to get their hands on this con exclusive.

“A few months ago, C.B. (Cebulski) invited me to join him on the SDCC Marvel Fanfare panel (thanks, Chester!). He also asked if I had any unused art suitable for an exclusive variant cover. I sent over several pieces, and Marvel chose a Captain America sketch I did for a fan who purchased one of the Joe Quesada Ultimate Experiences (not a tribute band) at FanExpo’s Orlando MegaCon. I didn’t have a scan of the final pencils, but since I always lay out my Ultimate Fan Experience sketches digitally, this bad boy was sitting in my files.”
