WizKids Brings BIG Things To The Gaming Table With ‘Glory Of The Giants’

The team over at WizKids is bringing another stellar set of Icons of the Realm to the table with the upcoming set Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants. The set serves as a supplement to the forthcoming Wizards of the Coast D&D book that shares the same name set to release on August 15th, 2023.
The offerings in this Icon of the Realms set are beautiful. I have not seen them in person yet but what I have seen from the WizKids production photos are really spectacular additions to any mini collection.
First up is the Limited Edition Boxed Set. This set includes contains three huge-sized creatures and two medium-sized creatures. Each figure has a paint scheme unique to this box only. I reached out to WizKids to verify that information, so you can rest assured if you want to add some visual diversity to your table with these picking up a Limited Edition Boxed Set, is worth your time.
Not only are you ensuring you are getting at least one Fire Hellion, Frostmourn, Stone Giant of Evil Earth, Goliath Chef, and Giant Lynx, but you will be getting them in a different paint scheme than what you may find, as you are opening blind boxes from the core booster bricks of the set. These are perfect for storytellers who may want a unique paint scheme to represent a cursed or more developed giant for the encounter.
Another delightful offering from the Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants Limited Edition Boxed Set is the Death Giant Necromancer. The sculpt on this mini is phenomenal, haunting, and sets the perfect tone for an encounter with a giantess who summons and speaks with the dead.
The souls flitting about this weirder of necromantic magics are sure to unsettle your players as they encounter this giant at the gaming table.
The details on this mini sell it for me. There is so much going on that can be farmed for narrative effect during gameplay and even outside the weekly D&D game this thing is going to look beautiful on the shelf along with your other WizKids minis.
