Second Printing Ordered For ‘The Cull’ #1 After Selling Out

Writer Kelly Thompson (Black Cloak, Captain Marvel) and artist Mattia De Iulis (Captain America) new series’ debut, The Cull #1, has already sold out at distribution level and heading for a follow up print run.
“Something is Killing the Children horror vibes mix with The Goonies-style adventure as five friends set off to shoot a short film on a forbidden rock near their home the summer before they all go their separate ways. But that’s not really why they’re there. One of them has lied… and it’s a lie that will change their lives forever.”
Speaking of the second printing, Thompson stated:
“Mattia and I have been working on this for so long, and we’ve poured our dumb little hearts into it, so it’s incredibly gratifying to see people really responding to it and really getting it.”
De Iulis added:
“I’m truly happy to see and FEEL all this love from the readers for our book. Thank you so much!”
The Cull #1 second printing will be out on Wednesday, September 13th from Image Comics
