Beta Playtest The Upcoming ‘The Walking Dead: Betrayal’

The Walking Dead fans can experience what it’s really like in the middle of the zombie apocalypse by playing the related video games. The latest title, The Walking Dead: Betrayal, is open for Beta playtesting for the next few days.
The Walking Dead: Betrayal is a multiplayer third person action game involving both cooperation and deception. Up to eight players participate in a match where a group of survivors have no resources with a mob of walkers approaching. They must work together to escape their undead pursuers in rural Canada, but there is a catch. Amongst the group are incognito traitors sabotaging every effort. Think Among Us with the zombie twist.
The Beta Test is open from now until 9:00 am PT on August 28. Sign up on the Steam page for information. The Walking Dead: Betrayal is in development for PC by Other Ocean Interactive, the developer behind the best-selling hidden-role survival game Project Winter, so you know they know how to do the genre.
