Scout Comics Announces New Fantasy Series ‘The Greylock’

An outlaw mage is hunting the last of a telepathic species in Scout Comics’ upcoming series The Greylock.

The Greylock must navigate a fantasy world filled with orcs, elves, and other creatures who scramble for survival as they try to make a buck. These creatures can’t resist the promise of a king’s ransom for capturing the last remaining Mindwitch, a mage born with the abilities of precognition and telepathy.

This hunt will put the Greylock up against a number of magical creatures as he is reminded that to those in power, the act of survival is often seen as an act of defiance.

The Greylock is written by Eli Shockey, illustrated by Atagun Ilhan, colored by Francesca Cittarelli and lettered by Justin Birch.

“Equal parts enthralling and terrifying, The Greylock brings to life a modern-day high fantasy world that has all the bombast and spectacle of Bright paired with honesty and grit of the kind that only Shockey and Ilhan can provide,” said comics creator David Hazan.

The series will premiere in October.
