Brad Walker And Francesco Segala Produce ‘G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero’

Skybound and Hasbro have revealed a new series of variant covers for the forthcoming G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero from artists Brad Walker (Detective Comics) and Francesco Segala (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), with each cover showcasing a different iconic G.I. Joe characters and their Cobra counterparts. These covers will appear as variants to G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #301-#30.
Speaking about this new gig, Brad Walker said:
“Some of the very first comics I ever bought were early issues of G.I. JOE, and they informed much of my love of the medium. I particularly remember the covers blowing my young mind, month after month. Getting to contribute to that legacy is really exciting. Plus, it’s been a blast to explore these characters that I probably haven’t drawn since I was nine or ten years old. Hopefully the fun I have drawing them comes across to the fans!”
G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #1 is written by Larry Hama (Wolverine) with art from Chris Mooneyham (Nightwing, Sgt. Rock and the Unknown Soldier) and colours by Francesco Segala and comes out on Wednesday, November 15th from Skybound/Image Comics
