‘Ghosts on the Water is the story of infamous Māori pirate Mad Mac as he searches the south seas for his lost older brother and Whiro, the storm of infamy who may be the key to unlocking the secrets of his brother’s disappearance.

In the Maori culture, Water is Life…. and Death. Watch how Mad Mac grows to power so that he may find the brother he lost to that water, and the secrets hiding behind the storms. Join a crew for adventure on the South Pacific Ocean fraught with love, mystery, and doom. Look to the horizon and the… Ghosts on the Water.’

“The opportunity to be published by Scout has given me a new found appreciation and excitement into the industry,” said Dyches. “Going from avid comic book reader to storyteller, gave me the chance to live out my dream and bring something I created to life. Scout saw and believed in my vision and it’s means everything to have their support.”

“New stories free the mind and spirit,” added Goldsmith. “You have come to Scout because that is what they offer. It’s the same reason we brought this story to Scout.”
